How it works
Three steps,
no stock room.
We hold no inventory. Every item is produced after the order is placed, by established print-on-demand partners we work with directly, then shipped by courier straight to the customer.
We produce it
The order goes to a production partner in North America or Europe, whichever is closer to the delivery address. Printing or embroidery takes 2–5 business days.
It ships direct
The finished item is dispatched by courier from the production facility. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves.

Before you order
Why does it take a few days before it ships?
Because the item does not exist yet. Nothing is pre-made and sitting on a shelf, so printing or embroidery happens after your order is confirmed. That takes 2–5 business days, and delivery time is counted on top of it.
Where do orders ship from?
From production facilities in North America and Europe. Your order is routed to whichever is closer to your delivery address, so a US order is made and shipped in the US, and a European order in Europe.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
Usually not, because orders are produced in the region they ship to. If you order from outside North America or Europe, any duty or import tax charged by your country is payable by you and is not included in our prices.
What if the print is wrong or the item is faulty?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we replace it or refund it in full, with no return shipping cost to you. Misprints, misplaced artwork and manufacturing faults are always our cost.
Can I return something I simply do not want?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any catalogue item in unworn, unwashed condition with its tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty. Full detail is on the returns page.
How do I place an order right now?
Email contact@merchixllc.com with the SKU, size and quantity. We reply with a secure payment link and a confirmed dispatch date. Online checkout is being finalised.
